Australian Key Initiatives
Key initiatives and frameworks developed to improve delivery processes, enhance quality, and drive innovation across Australian and regional markets.
- DevOps Framework: Design and implementation of a DevOps framework for the delivery of our managed-service and on-premise projects, including the use of Ansible, Jenkins, and other tools to automate the deployment of our solutions.
- Presales Assistant: Design and implementaton of a GenAI framework and associated frontend with my EMEA colleagues to drive our RFP process, ensuring consistent and high-quality responses across all proposals. This is being rolled out now to Australia and slated for other markets in EMAP.
- Other Initiatives: With a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation, I have led a number of other initiatives, such as our self-service "interface simulator" enabling stubs to be used for testing of our solutions instead of actual API calls, or our "batch orchestrator" enabling batch jobs to be executed with high performance on our cloud platform.
