Led workshops and design of a complex 'embedded' model, ensuring Westpac could leverage the respective strengths of both Oracle and Experian products to deliver a best-in-class solution
The framework implemented for the embedded solution was reused for the deployment of a dozen micro-services also based on PowerCurve Strategy Management, without the reliance on Oracle Banking Platform
Worked with Westpac and Oracle stakeholders to define a clear migration roadmap, taking into account the complexity of the embedded solution and the more straightforward microservice deployments
