Primary technical stakeholder for the delivery of CBA's on-premise Credit Decisioning Platform migration to the then-new PowerCurve Originations product in 2015, processing every retail credit application received by CBA
The CBA PowerCurve solution delivers full end-to-end credit decisioning, including connectivity to all three bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and Illion), internal CBA data stores and advanced decisioning capabilities
Led a high-stake performance tuning exercise, working with client senior stakeholders, the local delivery team and Experian global teams in Monaco and the UK
Provided continuous improvements and architectural uplift to the on-premise solution, including deployment of the no-code 'SIO' integration middleware, decreasing maintenance overhead and increasing flexibility
Led presales effort to secure CBA's migration to Experian Ascend Cloud native platform, leveraging existing pain points from on-premise ownership as key selling points, leading to 10 million AUD in new revenue as part of this migration
Managed challenging conversations with CBA due to significant shifts in Experian's product roadmap, including provisioning fit-for-purpose tactical solutions to address immediate business needs
